Cortina Bhakti is an AI-powered spiritual companion application developed by Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ("Lexcore", "we", "our"). The App provides digital tools for Hindu devotional practice including AI-powered guidance (AI Guru Saheb), mantra counting, panchang, aarti lyrics, and Vedic knowledge — accessible via cortinaos.com/bhakti-app.html.

All content, design, AI models, and branding within Cortina Bhakti are the exclusive property of Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without written permission. Traditional Hindu scriptures, mantras, and aarti texts are part of the public domain heritage and remain freely accessible.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gaya, Bihar, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App interface.

AI Guru Saheb is an artificial intelligence system trained on Vedic knowledge, Hindu scriptures, and devotional traditions. It is designed to inspire, inform, and support your spiritual journey. However:
Panchang data (tithi, nakshatra, muhurat timings) is calculated algorithmically based on standard astronomical formulas. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend verifying critical muhurat timings with a local Pandit for important ceremonies such as vivah, griha pravesh, or mundan.
Mantras displayed in the App are sourced from publicly available Hindu scriptures and traditions. The App does not initiate users into mantra diksha (formal initiation). Users are encouraged to seek proper initiation from a qualified Guru for advanced sadhana.
Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any spiritual, religious, medical, psychological, financial, or personal decisions made based on AI Guru Saheb's responses or any other content within Cortina Bhakti. Use of this App is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.
Cortina Bhakti respects all sampradayas (traditions) within Sanatana Dharma — Vaishnavism, Shaivism, Shaktism, Smartism, and others. The AI is designed to be inclusive of all valid Hindu traditions and does not promote sectarianism.

We believe AI and spirituality can coexist with integrity. This declaration outlines the ethical principles guiding how AI Guru Saheb is built, trained, and deployed within Cortina Bhakti.
AI Guru Saheb will always identify itself as an AI. It will never impersonate a real Guru, Pandit, deity, or religious authority. When uncertain, it says so clearly — because honest uncertainty is more sacred than false certainty.
We do not use religious emotion, fear of karma, or spiritual urgency to drive purchases or engagement. Subscription plans are offered transparently. No "buy this puja" manipulation. No fear-based upselling. Dharma cannot be monetized through deception.
AI Guru Saheb is trained to respect all valid traditions within Sanatana Dharma. It does not demean, mock, or create sectarian conflict between Vaishnava, Shaiva, Shakta, or other traditions. Every seeker's path is honored.
The AI is designed to share traditional knowledge, not amplify harmful superstitions. Practices that cause physical harm, discrimination, or social exclusion — regardless of claimed religious backing — will not be supported by AI Guru Saheb.
Our goal is to support your spiritual independence — not create dependency on an AI. AI Guru Saheb regularly encourages users to connect with human teachers, community (sangha), and personal practice. The App is a companion, not a crutch.
Content within the App is designed to be safe for all ages. The AI will not provide content that could be harmful, confusing, or exploitative to vulnerable individuals including minors, those in grief, or those experiencing mental health difficulties.
Every response from AI Guru Saheb is AI-generated. We do not hide this fact. The character "Guru Saheb" is a personality — not a real person. Users are informed of this in the App's onboarding and FAQ sections.
Your spiritual conversations are private and personal. We treat your chat data with the same reverence we expect for spiritual matters — not as engagement metrics, not as training data for sale, not as marketing fodder. Your bhakti is yours.
We actively welcome feedback on AI responses that feel incorrect, culturally insensitive, or ethically problematic. Users can flag any AI Guru Saheb response for review. We commit to acting on these flags within 7 working days.
We believe spiritual knowledge should not be locked behind paywalls. The Free plan ensures that core devotional tools — mantras, panchang, aarti, and basic AI guidance — remain accessible to all, regardless of financial status.
